"From the Mun" Tutorial bugged?

Hello, I am new to the forums and haven't played the game for a few years so a lot of stuff is new and I am replaying the tutorials. I am currently on the "From the Mun" tutorial and the circularize objective appears to be bugged. I completed the maneuver and have less than 5km difference from apoapsis to periapsis, and am orbiting the planet, but the next option isn't available. I restarted the tutorial and tried again, and this time I only have a difference of about 500m, but it still isn't allowing me to continue. I have tried deleting the maneuver afterwards and leaving it, but that has no effect. Is there something I am missing or is it bugged?

I see the same problem with the tutorial.

If I let the tutorial stop my burn from the Mun when my apoapsis is 100km,  and then circularize near 100km above the Mun,  then I get the Next button and can continue.  So you could restart the tutorial and just let the tutorial auto-stop your burn (probably what the software testers did).

Or, you could ignore the frozen instructions and re-enter without the benefit of instructions.

I attempted that, my apoapsis is now 101,674m, my periapsis is now 100,519m, unfortunately next is still not an option.

I found the next button to appear only when executing the maneuver that's generated within 1.0m/s, so make sure you're doing that.

Could you please clarify that? What exactly do you mean by "the maneuver that's generated within 1.0m/s?"

The tutorial automatically creates a maneuver node at the apoapsis with the required delta-v for circularisation, and seems to be sensitive to how closely you execute the burn. You can see the remaining dV for the maneuver to the right of the navball. You can usually get 0.0m/s or 0.1m/s with no great difficulty

My orbit was extremely close to the predicted orbit from the maneuver, with the orbit circle being on top of the predicted orbit circle, if that is what you are talking about.
