Tridef 3D should do it, but it cost 40$ and works only on Windows.

I have played games  in 3D using red an dblue glasses, it should be there a free software to do this, just search for it. IT was really mindblowing. I haven't played KSP though....

Yes but with an active 3D monitor, and a long time ago (6 years I guess), and not with KSP. I think there is a free trial if you want to give it a go.
