bsalis Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 As far as I know, they can only be controlled through Tweaking.That is, you right-click on the part, and you get little context window. For ladders there's a button to click.You should try poking around the other parts too. You can can disable tanks and control legs independently for example.
