aim camera

I have a working game and it is only using 1.3.1 mods that have been updated.

I do not have an "aim camera" on any part since the upgrade so it is harder to view the ships.(I reviewed the old mods and i don't see that was an added feature. I tried using easy vessel switch, no change)(mods=EVS/kis/kas/jsi/mechjeb/tweakscale/KW/LBSI/magic smoke/opt/near future/spacey/umbra/amp/cck/crp.. to name most)

has anybody else had this issue. I am not sure where this feature comes from as a fresh install(no mod) doesn't have it either

Have you turned on advanced tweakables in the settings menu ? It would also turn on autostrut, if you have this neither.
