KSP trying to accsess memory location null then crashing?

KSP version: 1.3.0

steam client (that may be part of it)

no mods

trying to load up the game and it is trying to get to the memory location of null 

i load up 64x version and then it crashes

EDIT i checked other steam games and its not KSP its just steam

EDIT2: the issue was an internal hardware problem and is now fixed
