Just a quick question for those in the know, since I've been out of the loop for a while, again.

Is the GUI memory leak still a problem for mods that add GUI elements?  I've noted that most mods have moved up to 1.3 and I'm thinking now would be a good time to move up myself.   However, I operate with 120 or so installed mods, and I'd rather not spend all the time that is needed to do that if I won't see a functional benefit.  It takes about half a day to set it all up.
