KSP 1.3.1 Graphic settings dont change

Hi, i just recently downloaded KSP and cant figure out to change the graphic settings.I tried to cahnge from read only the folder and nothing happen

Tried running ksp on administrador but ksp failed to work

It seems you have a non-existent locale set on your computer. What is the one that's displaying? You can check on Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Language

Whats a non existent locale set  and it should display something ?

Clock the current time

language spanish

region: costa rica

Also tried to do the keyboard thing but didint work

What exactly is the keyboard thing that you tried to do? Can you post a screen capture of the Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Language window?

Check that the keyboard of ksp match the keyboard config of my OS but no results

That's the Windows settings menu, the one I want to see is the Control Panel, it gives more information on a single glance. It looks like this:

The problem is probably that you're using Spanish (Latin America) as a global Language. Try adding Spanish (Costa Rica) instead and move it to the top. If possible also make it your display language.

Sam thanks ,  i changed the keyboard config of ksp and it allowed to change the graphics settings
