Glitches with modded install?

After installing a suite of great mods, I've found one gameplay glitch that bugs me. Even with no connection to the space center and with hibernation on, I can still fully control probes; additionally, I can control a capsule with no crew aboard. This really annoys me, and I've even set the difficulty so that partial control of probes is impossible without a KSC connection. Alas, the glitch persists.

Here's a list of the mods I've got installed. Could any of these be the culprit, or did I merely overlook some difficulty setting?

- KAS/KIS

- Infernal Robotics

- Planetary Base Systems

- Easy Vessel Switch

- Snacks! Continued

- Surface Experiment Package

- Kerbal Engineer Redux

- Kerbal Alarm Clock

Another glitch may have also appeared. Am I mistaken, or can only engineer Kerbals use the drill in KAS/KIS? So far, all three types of crewmembers can attach parts and stuff with the drill in my current save.

Hmm, well, I'm sorry but I can't help you. I got to ask however, is it really that important for them to always work? I mean, sure, you might want a challenge (I would know, I'm playing RSS for few weeks now), but if you're prepared for the mission and have enough crew/signal/power, then it wouldn't be a problem.

The only thing I can see you can do is to load a new career save, and then see if you get the same glitch, if you do, then try to remove one mod from the GameData and then get it back if it doesn't work, and then do that as much as you have the mental strenght to do so on.
