Kerbals always have overheat bar

I have spent a few hours trying to figure out which mod adds this and what it does...

I can upload a photo if needed but basically it looks like a red overheat bar that is on my kerbal during eva. The bar is always 75% full and always red.

It doesnt matter where the eva is, It can be on Kerbin, Burning up in the atmosphere, on the Mun... It's always there and always the same.

It's there on new games aswell so I think its some kind of feature from a mod and not a bug.

These are the mods I use:

If your craft is burning in the atmosphere and your kerbal goes EVA, of course the heat from your ship transferred to your kerbal too. I've seen someone using hypersonic jet on kerbin, he reached about mach 5 and the jet is burning up before he land it on runway. Once the kerbal disembark, they glow red hot.

Other than that, does your craft has adequate cooling? Some engines or parts (like nuke engines or ISRU) can produce heat and on the airless environment like mun, it's much harder to dissipate heat without radiators

Thank you for the quick reply.

The problem is the kerbal himself has this red overheat bar even when walking around the ksc complex.

The ship can be sitting on the launchpad as a fresh launch and when I click eva this bar will suddenly appear on the kerbal. Very strange.

I did some testing and it is infact an overheat bar. When i intentionally reentered a kerbal the bar went full and the Kerbal died.

I just dont get why its always active and 75% full.
