I was researching why I now have new Surface Resources added to my list after doing an orbital scan. In the "Gameplay" area of the forum I found that some Mods add various resources to KSP, several of which I have (Planetary Base, Community Resource Pack, etc.). My question is, which is the resource I need to mine to convert to liquid fuel/oxidizer and monopropellant? Here's the menu from my scan of Minmus:
