Bugs I have found

I play on the Xbox one enhanced edition.

So I have found a few issues I would like to address.  First off when I plant a flag, so far only on the mun, I discovered that the flag sometimes merges with the verbal crashing the game.  When this happens it deletes all craft in kerbal orbit.

Second in the mission control building if I decline to many contracts at once, or take a mission to expand a space station causes my game to glitch, when I try to leave the building. 

Third while trying to orientate my craft on the nav ball, some times when I get close to the maneuver target it bounces me away like a magnet.  I found that if I hold the left buffer it makes the issue go away
