Ps4 standard console
Late Career Mode
Cursor Preset

In my current game I was nearing the end of the science tree. This bug has already been reported, but please note that before the game would not load anymore I was getting extreme cases of not being able to save due to the time warp bug.

I guess we are waiting for another KSP weekly to get an update.
