Can't take any report / do any science experiments on first Mun mission (career)

Hey,

i recently started playing KSP again and having lots of fun with career Mode. I've installed a ton of mods this time to enhance my game a bit and I am now on my first Mun landing mission. Everything went well, apart from the fact, the moment I landed on Mun all my science and EVA/Crew reports suddenly got "locked".

Whenever I click on EVA report or Crew report or any of the science parts, the button disappears and no confirmation Window will pop up as usual asking if I want to store or send the collected data. I did try quickload/quicksave moments before the landing (everything works) and by the time I land its locked/broken.

I did upgrade my R & D as well to be able to take samples, but that ain't working.

I do believe it might be one of the mods, although I hope someone might be able to enlighten me, would be sad if I had to return without any science samples at all

Updated 2 mods and broke the game (it wouldn't launch anymore), then I uninstalled every mod that interfered with these 2 that needed updating and reinstalled them. Now everything works again.

I'm having a similar problem, could you go into more detail as to how you fixed it?
