Does is worth buying?

Yes - *if* you can play with friends.

This game is very heavily designed for multiplayer. You can play it solo, but you cannot really play through it unless you have at least 4-5 people on the server (or heavily alter the configs to give you hundreds of free skillpoints and cheese the meteor challenge). Ideally, the game wants dozens of people in the same world for the full experience, such as entire school classes playing together.

If you can find yourself a well populated server, though, it's pretty good. Content for weeks on end. Definitely worth the current low price.

For now, I have no money, I left most of the payment in the pharmacy  

I wonder if it is possible to find partners to play this game together? Maybe there are some groups on Steam?
I wonder how true it is that you can recreate the history of civilization?
Personally, I bought a game once, Universim and I was a bit disappointed.
