contracts+ no longer showing accept in vab/sph

ive somehow broken my Contracts+ window.

if i click on its button in the VAB/SPH it will show up, but clicking it outside of these two places does nothing, i thought that maybe if i set it to replace the stock contract window it would fix this, but doing that only makes it so that my stock window never shows up at all.

the only things ive done differently was install the lynx rover parts mod from ckan.

found out the problem, for some reason my game was being displayed in a weird resolution and i guess the window was opening up offscreen, a change of resolution fixed this.

is their a way to mark my topic for deletion?
