Ksp Crashing at towards end of loading

I am running a Heavily modded ksp and get a crash towards the end of startup anybody have any ideals, would like to keep all the mods if possible if one or two are the cause will remove them.https://www.dropbox.com/s/ww7rs2p3wjl0ej0/output_log.txt?dl=0

They changed the way how mods can interact with the difficulty settings screen between 1.3.0 and 1.3.1, which broke compatibility with a lot of mods. And most of your mods are for 1.3.1 while you for some reason still use 1.3.0. It is generally a good idea to use the last point release of a major version of the game and not the first or something in between.

I appreciate your answer i had not realized i was still using 1.3.0 i thought i had updated it already i'll do that now.
