Vessel spawn in Orbit

Hi there, I'm trying do create my first Mission, but i noticed a few odd Things. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I start from Dres and the first Goal is to make Orbit. 

At the Moment the Orbit is achieved, the Mothership should spawn. Well it does, but it has 0 orbital velocity and it starts falling towards the planet.

I only can make the Mothership spawn in a stable Orbit, if it spawns with the start node. I don't want the vessel to be spawned at the start because of the "surprise Moment". Is this intended? 

Second odd Thing, as soon as my lander reaches Orbit and the Orbit node is achieved, the lander changes it's trajectory from stable Orbit to suborbital. 

As said, maybe I'm doing Thing wrong. Or this are Bugs and I can provide the Mission files so you guys can take a look.
