Flickering in Tracking Station

HI

I know this used to happen in the admin block, but today it has started happening in the tracking station.

What happens is you click tracking station, the screen loads and then the left hand icons and top icons - ie active objects and the selection row, flick on and off.  Now this has only started since the patch and the second patch this week. I do not have the DLC.

Anyone got any ideas as it was all fine before these updates.

So I am guessing no one else has had this issue?

Perhaps it is a strange bug that is not a bug?

Not alone, I'm having the same problem, the UI in tracking station flick sometimes, never see this on Admin Building but its a real bug.

Did you ever find a solution? I've also had this bug/annoyance b4.
