Questions on Buoyancy and Angular Drag

I wonder did someone have any luck fiddling with buoyancy and CenterOfBuoyancy .CFG parameters? I tried to vary parts' buoyancies from 0.01 to 1e10 -- and did not notice any difference in their behavior. And as for "centers" -- well, same thing here: no matter did I spread parts' centers apart or move them close to the vessel's CoM, craft behaved just the same.

BTW changing Part.partBuoyancy.buoyancy and Part.partBuoyancy.centerOfBuoyancy member variables from in plugin code gave no effect too.

Do these parameters affect something, or are they just reserved for future use?

And the second question. What does angularDrag .CFG parameter do? Does it dampen part's rotation (i.e. the force on which angularDrag influences depends on part's angular velocity)? Or does it come into effect when the part just goes deflected in relation to air flow (i.e. force applied depends on angle, and angular velocity does not matter)? The words "resistance to turning" from Wiki are quite... ambiguous :(
