Here’s one:

 

Create a fantasy world mod with deadly planets inhabited by ferocious flora and fauna and add weapons to spacecraft so you have to not only land on said worlds, but defend your ship and kerbals as you daringly try to collect science.

There’s landing on Eve and collecting science from the explodium sea, and then there’s landing on Eve and collecting science from the explodium sea—while using a chain gun to fight off extra-terrestrial sea monsters!
