SSTO Stars on ground then teleport up into Air

So I have a weird problem, one of my SSTOs will spawn but then a split second later it teleports into the air above the runway.  I have more then a few mods installed however non of my other ships have this problem.  Any suggestion what I can try or what could be causing this?

NVM found it is a OPT part, the Deployment Bay.
