All joking aside ... The BDAc team is working on bringing BD Armory Continued to KSP v1.4.x and will release it when it is ready so please stop asking people (this is for everyone reading this ... not meant to single out the OP)

Please read the following threads/posts that touch upon the subject of asking about mod updates and when/if they will be updated

Yes it does ... did you read the instructions?

Please consult our in game BDPedia for detailed information on the operation of BDAc (KSPedia .... little blue book, lower right hand side of screen)
