How to Add simple new Tech

I just copied one tech from the Tech Tree folder and changed the name. But the technlogy does not work. I do not know how they work  lineFrom  and  lineTo. 

I know it's about arrows but I do not know how it works. 

I also do not know what's going on with nodeName

I am asking for help and advice. thank you in advance
