From space station to space station

Build your self a space station (I just built a massive rocket to get the thing into space, and the actually space station part was a bunch of fuselage with a command pod on top) Then launch two of said space station into space.

Once there, you have to get a Kerbal from one space station, then get another Kerbal from the other space station and swap 'em.

Your orbit doesn't matter.

I almost managed to do this, but my space stations were just a few meters too far away from each other in orbit, so my Kerbals ran out of fuel literally meters away. Thus not letting me do my final corrections to grab the ladder.
