Disable Stereo and 3D sound in Map view

I find it strange that I hear still the stereo sound of the engine if I zoom out in map mode, as if the recording device is still located 20m next to the rocket. It would be more "realistic" to have the average engine sound on both channels if you zoom out. 

I know that sound does not travel through vacuum, but as this is only a game I choose to ignore it.

That's a cool idea . I'd love to see that modded in to the game.
