Rhea Space Freighter?

Hello all! Still somewhat new to KSP but I came across these screenshots while looking for an efficient way to move ore from surface mines to orbital stations/other planets.

It looks AWESOME but I cannot find any other information on it. Does anyone know where this came from?
It's reminiscent of the CSI Freighter mod but it looks smaller and only has a single engine vs the triple engine in CSI. I'd use CSI but I can't afford the BILLIONS of funds needed to build more than just the bridge.

Anyone have any thought / info on it? The only information I can find is the it's name "Rhea" space freighter.

After further searching I actually stumbled upon the B9 Aerospace mod and looks like it was made from this mod, so I'm all set.
