How many recipes should the Convert-O-Tron 250 be able to run?

Greetings everyone, and thanks in advance for replying to my question. 

Prior to 1.4, I was able to run the Lf+Ox Recipe, Lf Recipe & Ox Recipe on the Convert-O-Tron 250 in Career Mode with a Level 2 Engineer at a Thermal Efficiency of 100% with at least 4 Medium TCS

After 1.4, however, running more than 1 recipe in the same setup causes the Convert-O-Tron 250 to exceed it's Core Temp limit of 1K, and reduces its efficiency rapidly.

I did some digging in the patch notes from 1.4, and the only mention of changes to the Converter was in version 1.4.1 "Fix ISRU bug with core heat." from the wiki, but did not mention what was changed. Many threads point to the Convert-O-Tron's Max Cooling of 500kw, but the most recent gameplay version states the Max Cooling value is at 200kw. 

Is the Convert-O-Tron 250 intended from the start to run only a single recipe at 100% thermal efficiency instead of multiple concurrent recipes, and thus the bug fix was to allow only a single recipe to run at 100% efficiency,
or is this an undocumented gameplay change?

I'm still running 1.2, and it shows required cooling 200 kw, max cooling 500 kw ... if that's been changed, it seems a stealth nerf.

Seems intentional. It's notable that the Convert-o-Tron 125 also had its max cooling modified, increased from 50kW to 75kW. It still can't help but overheat, but shouldn't overheat as badly now.

Well, MOAR radiators should solve the problem. Attach a bunch of the to the conver o tron or parts attached to it. 

I can run 2 recipe at once without problems
