I keep burning and whenever I timewarp, the orbit changes. Not much, but sometimes a few billion meters. Whenever this happens, I can't select Jool as a target or focus on it, except I can with any other celestial body. I can post pictures of my ship and mods for anybody who asks.

By the way, this only happens in orbit of the Sun.
