Delay Fuses

Having a delay fuse on engines and staging would be so useful. When I seperate a booster having the ability to deplay a parachute without actually being there or when using seperatons to successfully seperate funny boosters would be very useful.

I would love to see a delay function for parts. A slider in the part action menu to set a timer like it is done in the 'Kaboom' mod and we could put a whole launch sequenz into a single action group Fire the main engines, release the launch clamps and cut external fuel lines 10 sec. later, wait for additional 2 secs and fire the booster...with just a single button
