Launch a rover and relay satellite to Eeloo  using the Jool  2-4 Rocket I've created. 

Rules

-One Launch only

-No gravity assist

-Rover must be able to drive around the planet

-Relay Satillite must be capable of reaching Dres without any other relays in between.
