v.1.3.1, Random Memory Bleeds, CTD. Solutions?

Recommended Posts

I've been dealing with this issue for a few days now. I wanted to get back into KSP after investing, like, 500 hours into Fallout 4... ... So, I downloaded v.1.3.1 of KSP, because I noticed more mods were compatible with that version versus the latest version. I used CKAN to properly install the mods I wanted, most of which are modest mods :D (a few are larger, of course). I installed the mods systematically to ensure the memory bleed issues from the past wouldn't show up now. Unfortunately, it looks like this is still an issue even today. I've looked in the forums, but most of the answers I've come across are outdated, or don't seem to apply to my particular situation.

I experience CTDs at random. The latest time was during a de-orbit burn. The time before that, I was building the rocket in the VAB. I'm not seeing any correlation between a particular action and the crash occurring. The error logs I get are the same every time:

  Reveal hidden contents

TL;DR: I'm not finding the answer I'm looking for regarding my memory bleed issue, please help! Thanks for any and all help!!!!

Looks like you are running the 32 bit executable .... downloading the 64 bit version should fix your issue

Good luck :)

Ok, I may have misspoke when I was talking about the game version. I download directly from the KSP store, and it's the x86 version of 1.3.1? Does that make a difference?
