Any mods that add the The Spacecraft Lunar Module Adapter in a single part into KSP 1.4.5 plus?

If you're talking about the shrouded section that held the lander with the 4 "petal" doors, I can think of at least two - KW Rocketry and Bluedog Design Bureau. I think that FASA also has one.

That's what I'm talking about. Oh Modular rocket system has that also. Does that thing have an official name?

Googling "Saturn V exploded view diagrams" turns up terms line LEM Adaptor or Lunar Module Adaptor.
