Tassyr
So, I know if I move my cursor over debris and such in the map view, it'll show the orbits. Is there a way to do this WITHOUT having to mouse over them? I mean, make all the debris/ship orbits show by default? I've got a small junkyard's worth up there and it'd be a lot easier to plan orbits if I knew where a ship'd be -safe.-
togfox
No. You need to mouse over unless there is a hack I haven't heard of.It's very hard to hit debris in space, believe me, I'd know - I've got screenshots on this forum where I've got HUNDREDS of debris flying around. Just launch, you'll be fine - Jeb swears to it.
vexx32
The odds of hitting debris orbiting Kerbin in space is actually very small, even if they're almost all on very similar or identical orbits, and you're launching into that orbit. Don't worry
Tassyr
You say that- but I've had it happen. I apollo-13'd a launch on accident because I collided with a large chunk of something. Had to try and get the lander back using only the descent thrusters.
