Deleting multiple ModuleResourceConverter nodes

I'm trying to create a Module Manager patch that increases drill harvest speed and ISRU speed by x10. I'm currently trying to do this by removing the ModuleResourceConverter modules and creating my own versions with the new values. However, this line:

!MODULE[ModuleResourceConverter]
    {
    }

only seems to delete the first ModuleResourceConverter module, and leaves the others, so I get duplicate nodes with different values. I'm sure it's just a syntax thing, but how do I make this line affect all ModuleResourceConverter nodes? Probably something with wildcards* or HAS blocks, but the instructions in the Module Manager github wiki aren't very clear to me on how to use these. Halp, plz.

Edit: I got it to work by adding extra lines of !MODULE[ModuleResourceConverter]{} for each stock node, but this feels really kludgy.

Alternatively, I know you can use @MODULE to modify nodes, rather than replace them, but I still run into the problem of differentiating between different modules with the same ModuleResourceConverter name, specifically in regards to how to refer to OUTPUT_RESOURCEs of different types so I can change the Ratio, etc.
