CKAN mods form 1.4.1 to 1.5.1 & beyond?

Can mods that have worked & where updated to 1.4.5 & making history work with 1.5.1 & beyond? I saw a feature in C-can that say's you can show KSP mods from 1.4.1 to 1.5.1 can those mods work even part's mods? Like with the game play values & stats & aerodynamic properties? Also Can transfer window planner & Kerbal alarm clock still work? Also AVC mod checker? Should I Ignore the Mod comparability error's?

Yes, that's possible and most mods from 1.4.x don't have any issues in 1.5.x but there is no guaranty in general.

Depends on where which mod displays the error. If it is AVC, you can ignore it but if another mod like kopernicus (which got an intern version checker) will warn you, DO NOT IGNORE IT OR IT WILL BREAK YOUR GAME. Fortunately, kopernicus already got an update for 1.5.1

If you are in doubt: Create a backup of your savegame and just try the mod which warns you
