Advanced Rotation?

am tired of the current rotation tool its not that pricise would be nice if there was a even more advanced mode because i want my Spaceplane to point 40 degrees using the probe core method but i never get it exact i also get it at 39 or 41 would be nice if there was a mode where you put this number and it automaticly puts the amount of degrees on that part should be an easy one right?

If you use the rotate tool and hold down Shift the tool snaps to 5 degree increments...

You could also download Editor Extensions Redux and custom set a 10 degree snap. Or a 40 degree snap. Both would get you to the thing you wanted.
