What to upgrade? ksp is laggy with my current setup and im wondering what should i upgrade

So here are my specs and for kerbal is verry laggy i cant launch anything that has more than 25 parts and is a small-medium spacecraft cause it laggs like hell.So i want to improve my computer but do not know what,i heard the ram is what matters in ksp.IS that so? and if it this what should i buy and install.

No. You need at least 4GB of RAM and probably a bit more if you want to use the DLC and/or a few mods. Your 6GB should be enough for the base game unless you have some memory hog running in the background. The main factor in KSP is usually the single core performance of your CPU. And your CPU is an entry level CPU from an older AMD architecture that had a very weak single core performance. To upgrade that significantly you would need to also replace the mainboard and the RAM, which will be rather expensive. There might be a mediocre upgrade for your old mainboard but the higher end CPU options for old hardware tend to remain rather expensive for the modest performance boost they provide.

I can't say anything about your GPU because as the word "series" implies the value you found doesn't designate a specific video card but only a whole series of cards ranging from top notch gaming stuff to simple office solutions.
