Any feeder program that takes a collection of old craft and split out new compatible craft?

While I figured out the variable name for the craft parts, trying to feed them one at a time into the Notepad++ is still painful

Is there a program, or something I can start off, that I can put in the changes of name and forcibly change it to newer parts (expected "bug": all the old values are retained)
