So i have a contract that wants me to transefrr crew between vessels near kerbin. I have transfered crew in space near kerbin and in the air and on the ground, but it does not work. Any help?

The transfer needs to happen between 2 different vessels and requires an orbital rendezvous.  The easiest way is to rescue a kerbal from orbit (you will only have to launch 1 rocket).
