Is This a Mod? or new parts for 0.17!

I was wondering about this pic. Is this a mod or are these new parts becuase that command module looks sick! (In a good way)

The fairing is from the Silisko Edition parts pack. The mini SRBs are a new part, not sure about the adapter though(really hope it is, I want my rockets to look pretty!).

So are these parts new for 0.17 or is this edition pack a mod or something?

These aren't new parts. They're Sillisko's ancient mods from before he was a dev.

It is available here. Be warned, it may not work anymore, and Nova is no longer working on it.

If you want pointy rockets I highly recommend the Payload Pack from MMI:

It is separate from the Kethane mod and adds a bunch of different payload fairings/AHEM/ pointy things.
