Science from multiple labs in same base calculated incorrectly

I have two science labs on a Mun base. They should produce the same science per day, but one is vastly out performing the other. One is the stock MPL-LG-2 Mobile Processing Lab and the other is a K&K Planetary Laboratory both have two level 5 scientists and the .cfg files for the ModuleScienceConverter definition look identical. The MPL produces 5.06 science per day while the K&K Lab only produces 0.83 science per day. Any ideas?

Didn't use any labs for quiet some time but IIRC, the output grows if you put more data in a lab and it shrinks over time if no new data is provided. So, do both labs have the same amount of data in it?

The one outputing more has 200 data and the other 34 data. That may be it.
