.mu zmodeler plugin?

Recommended Posts

There is no .MU plugin for ZModeler, because .MU is a proprietary model format only used by KSP.

The most common and easiest workflow to get models into KSP is:

  • Create meshes and map UVs in Blender
  • Paint textures in Adobe Photoshop or GIMP
  • Import into Unity 2017.1.3p1
  • Use the PartTools library provided by SQUAD to configure textures and shaders
  • Export to .MU from Unity with the aforementioned PartTools
