Air Planes Plus issues?

I recently installed the 1.6.1 version of Air Planes Plus and I noticed some problems. The first problem is that not all of the items in the mod appear in the game. I am supposed to have a bunch of new cockpits but I only got the MK3 cargo cockpit. The second problem is that I no longer have engine sounds. This doesn't just affect the modded engines, but also all stock engines. Why did this happen? I would appreciate any information or solutions.

If this doesn't help you, we'll need more informations, a log file would be a good start. Since it can be tricky to find the file, take a look into this thread, it contains the log file locations for each operating system:
