Stock Delta-v other planets

Hi folks

I've been trying to use the stock delta-v tool to calculate range but it seems I can't set it to different planets or vacuum as is possible in Kerbal Engineer Redux mod. Is this working as intended or am I missing a setting or something?

Click on the ΔV button in your toolbar to open a menu, which allows you to select a different celestial body and vacuum ISP

Thanks so much !! I thought I was missing something simple like this.
