I just moved this weekend and my computer got damaged in the process (I moved myself, so its not the movers fault... well it it- I was the mover lol).

Anyways, my computer turns on and I do get a display- but there are red lines everywhere and some static. Is this most likely a video card issue or a monitor issue? I do not have a monitor on hand to swap out and see unfortunately.
