So,in an attempt to get to the mun,i accidentally orbit the sun.these are some pictures

Heres a picture of how there is no planet i can get to.

This is my rocket.again i have no way of getting home

these kerbals will (aparently)not come back untill a later time.

I am in this exact same boat. I am working on a mission to get enough fuel into Kerbin orbit to get into a solar orbit to rescue and return!

Precision orbital manoeuvres to align your ships for a rescue, I fear the Kraken will smite your noble rescue efforts.

Achieving sol orbit isn't too hard, rip the landing gear off a mun lander, rip off it's landing engines stick on a single low-thrust high ISP engine (low weight).

However adjusting your orbit will be hard as the krakan will attack your ship, possibly even rip parts off!

Your screen shots show that you've still got one and a half tanks of fuel. Why not post your persistence file in the challenges section? Someone will be able to get them home. You'll probably be surprised how quickly they'll do it.

If you have some fuel left you can do some adjustments of your orbit and intercept kerbin's orbit
