It's radio signals emitted from Saturn. If there's anyone to thank thank Saturn for being such a noisy planet.

Some coincidence though, they sound eerily similar.

EDIT: That "water bong" part is real. They are upper atmosphere "whistlers" from planet earth though, not saturn.
