Deployed the Go-ob on the Mun in the twin craters and it shows that it is generating science at 0.50625p/hr.  If I time warp, the solar panels stop generating power and everything drops to zero.  I deployed the solar panel with an engineer so it generates 2 power.  I also have the control station in close proximity and it has a connection to Kerbin.  Is this acting as designed or is this a bug?

Something else that has to be a bug is that when I time warp I occasionally get messages for each device saying that it can't be deployed because it isn't on the surface of a planet.  

Stock install with MH and BG.  Fresh career save. Windows 10.
