Error CE-34878-0 crash occurs during loading of saved game

Upon loading my save, the game crashes and I get a CE-34878-0 error.  I'm playing enhanced edition on PS4, using radial mode, and my language is English.  I have already tried switching to another language, and then back.  The crash does not occur on other games.
