Where to start trouble shooting ?

I gave been messing around with the fasa mod that is on ckan right now and I've run into .... well.... I dont know really.  Lunar module ascent stage of the fasa part pack launches upward and the engine ignites and then it hangs. It accelerates extremely slow .. like .01km/h fuel runs out about 6 feet from the decent stage. I would have thought... oh the engine is too weak or the module too heavy but no. After burnout  the thing just hangs above the surface of the mun. Does not fall back. Going eva ....  the kerbals just fall out as one might expect at the regular rate for the mun's gravity.  You can then use the suit rcs  to jet back up to it. I frankly dont know enough to  try to identify the difference between a mod bug and a interaction with other mods ... I expect it's something goofly with ascent stage part but ....there isn't anything in part info listing that looks amiss.

everything is as uptodate as possible ie im not running earlier builds of anything
